Here I did a variation in regular kadhi pakora, I use palak pakora with it
yummy.. looks very delicious..
Chop and wash the spinach twice with clean water
Make a regular batter with remaining all ingredients of pakora except oil and then add spinach and mix well
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry pakoras till nice golden colour
Keep aside to let it cool
Meantime make kadhi
Take curd, water and gram flour in a bowl and beat with hand beater to avoid lumps.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt into it and mix well. Kadhi batter is ready
In an another pan take 2 tbsp oil and then add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves
Add onion and saute for few seconds and then add green chillies
Now add kadhi mixture into this by continuous stirring till it comes to a boil on medium heat
Once start boiling slow the flame and boil for 5 minutes
Take pakoda in a bowl and pour the kadhi while serving
Serve with rice and chapati
