Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong daal 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped spinach 4 big spoon
  3. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Salt as taste
  5. Butter 2 teaspoon
  6. Corn flour 1 teaspoon
  7. Fresh cream 1 teaspoon
  8. Black salt 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Cloves 3

Instructions

  1. Wash and cook dal until mushy
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add cloves and spinach
  3. Mix and add cooked daal with water.
  4. Add salt ,black pepper powder, cream and mix well
  5. Add 3/4 cup water
  6. Make thin corn flour paste, add to soup and mix well.
  7. Once boiled, serve hot with dollop of butter
