Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Makka dalia - 2 t bsp
  2. Spinach/palak - 250 gms
  3. Ginger - 1 inch stick
  4. Green chilly - 1
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  9. Butter - 1 tsp
  10. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  11. Water - 3 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter and shallow fry the makka dalia
  2. Blanch the spinach, add ginger and green chilly and blend to make a smooth paste.
  3. Add roasted maize dalia and water and boil it.
  4. Add lemon juice,salt, black pepper powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh cream and serve.
