ABOUT Oats soya tikki RECIPE

Mixture of oats and soyabean.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 2 boiled
  2. Soyabean chunks 1/2 katori boiled
  3. Oats 1/2 katori
  4. Conflour 4 tbsp
  5. Bread crums 1/2 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
  8. Origano 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mashed boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add soyabean chunks, salt, bread crums, Conflour, chilli flakes, origano and make a dough.
  3. Grease your hands and take small ball from dough and flat it with your hands.
  4. Roll it on oats.
  5. Deep fry it till it golden brown from both sides.
  6. Served with Ketchup.
