Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For tikki:
  2. 1/2 cup roasted Oats
  3. 1 small boiled and mashed potato
  4. 2 tbsp chenna
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1 tsp chopped coriander
  8. 1/4 tsp chilly pwd
  9. 1/4 tsp cumin pwd
  10. For nizam:
  11. 1 tsp cornflour
  12. 1 tsp refined flour
  13. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  14. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. 1- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and prepare a semi soft dough.
  2. 2- Make small tikki from this dough, and dip the tikki in the nizam, take it out, coat with the bread crumbs roast these tikki with little oil in a non stick pan till golden colour from both sides.
  3. 3- Place the tikki in a plate, add curd and chutneys, sprinkle some salt, chilly pwd, cumin pwd.
  4. 4- Garnish with fresh pomegranate and serve hot.
