Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tomatoes square cut 1 cup
  2. Bell pepper square cut 1 cup
  3. Soya chunks 2 cups
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Red colour pepper 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  7. Chaat masala 1 tablespoon
  8. Tooth picks 9-10 soaked in water for 1 hour

Instructions

  1. Take warm water and add soya chunks for at least one minute after that take it out and squeeze out the water.
  2. For the orange color, take a bowl and put in the turmeric, red pepper and water, now mix it well. Now add the tomatoes and mix it, then leave it for 2 hours, because of that the tomatoes will catch the colour of turmeric and turn orange.
  3. For the whiteness, take a bowl and put in the mayonnaise, chaat masala, soya chunks and mix it. Now leave it for 15 minutes.
  4. For green colour, as you have green bell peppers, you don't need to mix any colour or anything. Now spread the chaat masala and mix it.
  5. Method of soya chunks. One by one take toothpicks from water and soak it with paper towel. Now add bell pepper into toothpicks. Now then mayonnaise, soya, then tomatoes, do this repeatedly with other toothpicks. Now sprinkle chaat masala into it. Grill it for 15 minutes at 180° degrees.
  6. Serve it hot your soya chukks tikka is ready.
