Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. To be mixed Into a marinade
  2. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp roasted and ground cumin
  5. 3/4 cup fresh curd
  6. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  7. 1/2 tsp green chillies paste
  8. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  10. 1 tsp saunf powder
  11. 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1/3 cup besan
  13. 1 tsp oil
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Other Ingredients
  16. 250 gms paneer
  17. 1 bowl Soya Granules soaked and sequenced
  18. 1 onion
  19. 2 cloves garlic
  20. 1 inch ginger paste
  21. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  22. 1 tsp chilli powder
  23. Oil for cooking
  24. 1 tsp chat masala

Instructions

  1. Firstly make filling. Take kadhai. Put oil. Heat it and then add cumin. Add onion paste and saute till oil separates. Add soya granules, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute for 5 min. Keep aside for cooling.
  2. Then take paneer, mash it and take ping pong size ball. Put the filling in center and close it and give square shape. Then take all marinated ingredients, mix them nicely and put the stuffed paneer into it for 15 min.
  3. Then use a toothpick to fix paneer one by one. Heat a non- stick tava and cook the satays on a medium flame using oil till the paneer is light brown in colour from all sides. Serve immediately sprinkled with chaat masala and coriander.
