Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup besan
  2. 1 bunch Fenugreak leaves
  3. 2 choped onion
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/4tsp carrom seeds
  7. 1/4tsp chat masala
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of besan.
  2. Add salt, Carrom seeds and mix it.
  3. Clean and wash methi leaves and chop it .
  4. Put choped methi, onion, green chillies in the batter.
  5. Mix batter well.
  6. Heat oil in a karahi
  7. Make small pakodas and fry it.
  8. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
  9. Serve with chatni
