Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gram fresh methi leaves
  2. 250 gram besan
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 1 pinch of baking soda
  5. 1 pinch of asafoetida
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Fresh coriander leaves 100 gram

Instructions

  1. First chopped methi leaves.
  2. In a mixing bowl take chhoped methi leaves,chopped green chilly, coriander leaves.
  3. Add besan,asafoetida,baking soda and salt to taste.
  4. Now add water as required.
  5. Begin to mix very well to make a pakora batter without any lumps.
  6. Now heat oil and add methi pakoda .
  7. Once the pakoras are cooked lightly then turn over and cook the other side.
  8. Fry pakode till they become golden and crisp.
  9. Serve this pakodas with tomato ketchup.
