Add besan.salt.haldi n blend it.well.
Nw heat oil in a vessele n put jeera.mustard seeda.kari patta.a pinch of hing
Nw add onions n gng paste.saute well
Add butter milk better n boil on slow flame atleast 20 minutes
Nw make pakoras.
Make a better of besan add.onion.potato.green chilly.salt.ajwain n mix well.
Heat d oil n make small pakoras. N fry.
When kari thicken then add pakoras.
Make a bhagar of red chilly.jeera n 2dry red chilly.
Pour on d kari
Serve wid rice ya parantha.
