Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Buttermilk 1 jug
  2. Besan 6 tablespoon
  3. For Pakoreas 2 cup besan
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Chopped potatoes 2
  6. Dry red chillies 2
  7. Methi dana 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Kari patta 10
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Lal mirch 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Oil

Instructions

  1. Make a batter with buttermilk and besan.
  2. Blend them well
  3. Now in a vessel pot add oil ,methi dana,jeera,hing,dry red chilly,kari patta ,haldi,lal mirch and pour the batter
  4. After 1 boil simmer it 20 minutes.
  5. For pakoras,make a batter of besan with salt,lal mirch and haldi.
  6. Add chopped potato and green chilly
  7. Stir well
  8. Heat oil in a karahi and make small pakoras
  9. Add in the curry and boil for 1 minute
  10. Now curry is ready
  11. Serve with steam rice.
