Samosa is famous indian snack, liked by everyone, here i did innovation with stuffing ,these matar paneer samosa can be served in any kitty party or dinner party for starter and also best for tea time snack .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8 samosa patti
  2. 1/2 cup peas
  3. 50 gram paneer
  4. 1 green chilly chhoped finely
  5. 2 garlic cloves chrushed
  6. 1 medium sized oinion finely chhoped
  7. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  8. 1 tsp corriender powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  12. oil for frying + 1 tbsp
  13. 1 tsp Asafoetida
  14. 1 tsp dry mango powder

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add cumin seeds , asafoetida green chillies , and onion and saute till translucent
  2. Add garlic and cook for few seconds
  3. Add peas in it and cook till soften
  4. Now add all dry spices into it
  5. Add paneer
  6. Give it a mix, heat of the gas and take the filling in a bowl to cool
  7. Now take a samosa patti and put a spoonful of finlling on it and wrap the samosa
  8. Ready samosa
  9. Make all the samosa in same way
  10. Heat oil and fry till golden brown
  11. Samosa is ready to serve , serve hot with sauce or chutney
