Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 5 cup
  2. Grated bottle gourd - 250 gms
  3. Rice flour - 50 gms
  4. Sugar - 4 tbsp
  5. Whole dried milk - 2 tbsp
  6. Green cardamom - 1/4 tsp
  7. Roughly chopped cashew nuts - 1 tsp
  8. Roughly chopped almonds - 1 tsp
  9. Clarified butter - 1 tsp
  10. Rose water - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Add bottle gourd and saute for 5 - 6 mins
  3. Add milk and cook in a low flame for 10 - 15 mins.
  4. Add rice flour into the milk.
  5. Add whole dried milk into the milk.
  6. Add sugar and mix well
  7. Add cardamom powder and roughly chopped cashew nuts,almods and rose water and mix well.
  8. Garnish with cashew nuts and almonds.
