Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 3cup
  2. Salt - to taste
  3. Oil - 4 tbsp
  4. Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
  5. Finely chopped methi /fenugreek leaves - 1 cup
  6. Ginger paste - 2 tsp
  7. Green chilly paste - 2 tsp
  8. Red chilly paste - 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Gram flour - 1/4 cup
  12. Roasted mango powder - 1 tsp
  13. Cumin seeds - a pinch
  14. Black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  15. Asafoetida - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt and oil and mix well.
  2. With the help of water knead a dough,
  3. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  4. Heat one tsp oil in a pan.
  5. Add asafoetida,cumin seeds and black mustard seeds to crackle.
  6. Add cauliflower,green chilly paste,ginger paste and saute for 2 - 3 mins
  7. Add methi leaves ,red chily powder,coriander powder,gram flour,roasted mango powder/amchur and salt and mix well.
  8. Cook well for 3 - 4 mins.
  9. Now stuffing is ready.
  10. Flatten the balls into round thick paratha.
  11. Take another ball and flatten the ball into round thick paratha.
  12. Stuff the gobi and methi filling and cover with other paratha.
  13. Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
  14. Gobi methi paratha is ready to eat.
  15. Serve hot..
