A delicious curry made with cauliflower, to be served with some roti or paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower florets - 1 bowl
  2. Potato - 1 - 2
  3. Curd - 2 tbsp
  4. Sliced onion - 2
  5. Sliced tomato - 2
  6. Garlic clove - 3 - 4
  7. Ginger - 1 inch stick
  8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  9. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  10. Cinnamon - 1 in ch stick
  11. Cloves - 2 - 3
  12. Black pepper - 2 - 3
  13. Black cardamom - 1
  14. Green cardamom - 1 - 2
  15. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  17. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  18. Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
  19. Salt - to taste
  20. Green coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  21. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash cauliflower florets in a warm water.
  2. Cut potato into two pieces.
  3. Take a large bow; add curd,onion,tomato,ginger garlic,cinnamon,cloves,black pepper,turmeric powder,black and green cardamom,coriander powder,cumin powder and salt to make fine paste.
  4. Add half cup of water in this paste and marinate the cauliflower florets.
  5. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Add marinated cauliflower florets and potato and cook in a low flame.
  8. Add red chilly powder and garam masala powder and cook in a low flame till water absorb it.
  9. Add fresh cream and mix well.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
