Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
  2. Cottage cheese/paneer - 4 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  4. Tandoori masala - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Ajwain /carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  9. Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  10. Cloves - 2 - 3
  11. Black pepper - 3 - 4
  12. Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  13. Roasted gram flour - 1 tsp
  14. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  15. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  16. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
  17. Salt - to taste
  18. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  19. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  20. Mace - 1 inch stick
  21. Bay leaf - 1

Instructions

  1. Blanch the cauliflower florets in salted water.
  2. Take a bowl add cottage cheese/paneer,ginger garlic paste,carom seeds and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Stuff this ingredients in the cauliflower florets.
  4. Take a bowl add hung curd,roasted gram flour,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder,turmeric powder,tandoori masala powder,kasuri methi and salt and mix well.
  5. Marinate cauliflower with all these ingredients.
  6. Keep in the fridge for 1/2 an hour.
  7. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  8. Add bay leaf,cloves,black pepper,cinnamon,mace to crackle.
  9. Add marinated cauliflower and stir fry for five mins.
  10. Add garam masala powder and mix well
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
