Lemon ginger gobi is very nice cauliflower dish, that can be served as a side dish with some dal rice or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower florets - 1 bowl
  2. Chopped onion - 1/4 bowl
  3. Chopped ginger - 2 tsp
  4. Chopped garlic - 2 tsp
  5. Chopped green chilly - 2 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  9. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 2 tbsp
  12. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blanch the cauliflower florets.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  4. Add ginger garlic and saute for one mins.
  5. Add green chilly and mix well.
  6. Add onion and fry till transparent.
  7. Add blanched caulifiower florets,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  8. Soak corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add in the cauliflower.
  9. Cook for 2 - 3 mins.
  10. Lastly we add lemon juice.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
