Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped bhindi - 1 bowl
  2. Oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  6. Curd - 1 cup
  7. Chopped green chilly - 1

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chopped the bhindi into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bhindi and strain it.
  3. Whisk the curd.
  4. Add salt sugar and roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well
  5. Add crispy bhindi .and green chilly and mix well
