Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish fillets (sole) 300gms
  2. Bread crumbs 4tbsp
  3. Lemon juice 1tbsp
  4. Orange juice 1tbsp
  5. For dressing
  6. Honey mustard dressing 4tbsp
  7. Tabasco sauce 1tbsp
  8. FOR GARNISH
  9. Some potato chips,some orange slices and fresh corriender
  10. Mustard mayonnaise 2tsp
  11. Onion powder 1/2 cup
  12. Garlic crushed 1/2tsp
  13. Oregano/zatrar 1 tsp
  14. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prick fish rub orange juice lemon juice mustard mayo salt and pepper.let it sit for 30 Min
  2. Mix bread crumbs ,salt and onion powder
  3. Roll fish fillet in the bread crumbs
  4. Bake it for 30 min,turning in between ,at 200° for 25 min
  5. Beat the contents of honey mustard dressing.and serve with baked fish
  6. Let
