ABOUT Moroccan Harcha RECIPE

Harcha is Moroccan Semolina Soft pan fried flat bread. It's melt in mouth bread which tastes best with butter, cheese and jam

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup fine Semolina
  2. 2 tsp sugar
  3. 60 gms soft butter
  4. 1/4 cup Milk
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix semolina, sugar and baking powder
  2. Add butter and mix well until the entire mixture is crumbly
  3. Add milk and knead soft smooth dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes
  4. Heat a tawa or non stick pan, make lemon sized ball. Flatten balls and place on skillet. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve warm with butter, cheese and jam
