I love to make varieties types of chicken recipe but this Moroccan chicken is little bit different type which is cooked in aromatic sauce with tomato & chilli.
Take turmeric powder,6 kashmiri red chilli,peppercorn,salt,cumin seeds,coriander seeds in a blender.
Make coarsely ground powder of it.
For tomato sauce, boil tomato & kashmiri red chilli first.After that make it cool,peel off the skin of tomatoes & make a paste of it.
Boil this tomato paste with 2 cup of water,salt,sugar & tomato ketchup.When the consistency become sauce like switch off the gas.
Marinate the chicken with powdered spices & keep rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil & fry the chicken pieces.
When fried well,add chopped garlic & onion.Cover it & let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add extra powdered spices.
Add already made 2 cup of tomato_chilli sauce now.Mix it well & cook it in medium flame till it soft.
When it's ready add chopped coriander leaves & switch off the flame.
I love to serve it with butter parantha.But it's also fabulous with any kind of flavoured rice or fried rice.
