Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sole fish 250 gms
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Pink salt
  4. Kabsa spice 1tsp
  5. Freshly ground pepper 1/4tsp
  6. Butter 25gms
  7. Sunflower oil 2tbsp
  8. Freshly squeezed Lemon juice 1/2tsp
  9. Capers 1tbsp
  10. Parsley/coriander cut finely

Instructions

  1. Wash fish fillets and pat dry with kitchen towel
  2. Sprinkle pink salt and pepper on both sides
  3. Take rice floor in a shallow plate and and season it with salt and pepper.Dredge fish fillets in rice flour and dust extra flour,Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a shallow pan.Place fish fillet in it and cook for3-4 minutes on one side.Carefully turn on other side and cook for 3-4 minutes,till both sides are golden brown.
  5. Remove from fire and keep fish in a serving dish
  6. In another clean pan take butter and heat it well .Add lemon juice . Remove butter lemon sauce from fire ,add coriander /parsely and pour it on fish fillets. Sprinkle some capers and serve it with fresh green salad.
