sprouts are very healthy if you eat them in morning,they are good sources of vitamin and protiens,good for every age of person

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. matki/moth 200 gms soaked for 4-6 hours [after 6 hours tie them in cloth they will sprout ]
  2. Cucumber 1 chopped
  3. Onion 1chopped
  4. tomatoes 2chopped
  5. chopped corriander leaves
  6. namkeen mixture 1/2 bowl
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Lemon juice 1tsp
  9. red chili powder 1tsp (optional)
  10. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Chat masala 1tsp
  12. 3pieces of bread,cut sides

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients together except the bread slices.
  2. Now slice the bread into triangles.
  3. keep bread at side of plate
  4. keep matki bhel in middle
  5. serve with breakfast
