Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kachori
  2. 1 cup refined flour
  3. Refined oil
  4. Salt ½ spoon
  5. Lukewarm water
  6. For stuffing
  7. Thick sev coarsly grinded
  8. Salt ½ spoon
  9. Asfoetida 1 pinch
  10. Fennel seeds grinded
  11. Garam masala ½ spoon
  12. Red chilli powder ¼ spoon
  13. Sugar ¼ spoon
  14. Dried mango powder ½ spoon
  15. For bhel
  16. Puffed rice 1½ cup
  17. Salt ¼ spoon
  18. Black salt ¼ spoon
  19. Chat masala ¼ spoon
  20. Red chilli powder ¼ spoon
  21. Coriander sauce 1 spoon
  22. Tamarind sauce 1 spoon
  23. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  24. 1 onion finely chopped
  25. Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 spoon
  26. Sweet and tangy mixture

Instructions

  1. Mix salt and pepper cup refined oil in refined flour
  2. Knead a hard dough with water and cover for 10 minutes
  3. Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and add fennel seeds and asfoetida
  4. Add all ingredients of stuffing and mix well on low flame
  5. Let it cool
  6. Make 4 balls from the dough and stuff the stuffing in it
  7. Seal the edges by pressing with fingers
  8. Roll gently with rolling pin
  9. Deep fry in hot oil
  10. Keep in airtight container when it is cooled
  11. Mix all ingredients for bhel except sauce in a bowl
  12. Crush kachori from middle and put sauce then bhel
  13. Serve immedietly
