ABOUT Sweet corn bhel puri RECIPE

Instant crunchy low calorie snack for an evening hunger. No need of chutney and can be prepared with only a few ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Puffed rice/ Bhel 1 cup
  2. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  3. Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Sambar powder 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Onion 1 small finely chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sev/Namkeen as per your choice

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add grated coconut, salt, onion, sambar powder. Mix well.
  2. Add sweet corn and mix well.
  3. Now add bhel or puffed rice and add sev.
  4. Serve immediately.
