Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Corn kernels 3bowl (3-4 bhutte k dane)
  2. Onion 3 chopped
  3. Tomato 2 chopped
  4. Asafoetida 2 pinch
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Aamchoor powder 1 tsp or lemon juice 2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Chat masala 1 tsp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the corn and add 3 cups water and salt.Take 3 whistles in cooker.
  2. Chop onions,green chilli and tomatoes finely.
  3. Heat oi in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida.Add onions also and saute till they turn brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli also.Saute for a minute till it is cooked.
  5. Drain water from boiled corn and add to the pan.Add little salt and mix well.
  6. Add amchoor or lime juice and mix.Now serve hot.Sprinkle chaat masala before serving.
