Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 2chopped finely
  2. Wheat flour 2cups
  3. Green chilli 2 chopped
  4. coriander leaves chopped
  5. Garam masala 1tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. oil

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough using wheat flour and water. add salt spices green chillies coriander leaves chopped onion .
  2. Roll out paranthas using the dough and roast them on tawa using little oil. Serve hot with some curd or pickle on the side.
