Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Sugar - 2 tsp
  2. Wheat dough (Atta) around 1 ball
  3. Refined oil for frying the parantha- 2 tsp
  4. Desi ghee(clarified butter) - 1 and half tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a flat pan tawa heat it up.
  2. Take a small ball of the dough.
  3. Spread it with a roller pin.
  4. Apply some ghee on it.
  5. Add sugar in the dough.
  6. Fold the sides and close it.
  7. Now roll it again
  8. Put it on the tawa apply oil
  9. Press the parantha with a flat spoon.
  10. Flip it and repeat the process.
  11. When your parantha turns crispy keep it on a plate.
  12. Add ghee in it
  13. Your chini ka parantha is ready.

Very simple recipe... i remeber my mom use to make this for us when we wanted something sweet to eat..
