  1. 2 chopped onion
  2. Ajwain
  3. Salt
  4. Anardana
  5. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  6. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  7. Chopped green coriander leaves
  8. 2 Katori wheat flour
  9. 1 katori chane ka aata
  10. Oil
  11. Water
  12. Salt

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough
  2. Chop onion add salt keep for sometime squeeze the water add all masala
  3. Take small portion and make it round and put the filing
  4. Make Parantha and cook on tawa
  5. Pyaz Parantha ready to eat with dahi pickle and butter
