Sprouted lentils fenugreek dhokla

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Sprouted Moth
  2. 1/2 cup Sprouted black gram
  3. 1/2 cup Semolina
  4. 2 cup Gram flour
  5. 1 sachet Eno
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar
  8. Oil
  9. Fenugreek leaves
  10. Curry leaves
  11. Ginger chilli paste
  12. Mustard seeds
  13. Cumin seeds
  14. Asafoetida
  15. Water
  16. Cilantro chopped
  17. 5 slit green chillies

Instructions

  1. Soak moth and black gram overnight in morning drain water and keep the lentils in a cotton cloth for at least 8 hours to sprout.
  2. Add sprouts and fenugreek leaves to a mixer, grind it.
  3. Take the batter in a bowl add semolina and gram flour to it mix salt,1 spoon of oil and a spoon of ginger chilli paste to it.
  4. Now add water as per the required consistency.Grease the mould with oil pour the batter in it and steam for 25 minutes.Let the dhokla cool down.cut it into square shape now temper it.
  5. For tempering warm oil in a pan add asafoetida ..mustard seeds and cumin when it starts to splutter add slitted green chillies and curry leaves to it spread gently all over dhokla and garnish with chopped cilantro.
