Tried not to waste my leftover... Rice is something Always left in the refrigerator corner. Am too bored to eat always the same..so tried this.. Fantastically it came out awsome

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Smashed boiled potato 2
  2. Soaked lentils 1cup (chana,haari moong)
  3. Ginger - 1 inch piece [chopped finely]
  4. Green chillies [chopped] - 2 tsp
  5. Coriander leaves [chopped] - handful
  6. Salt-as per taste
  7. Boiled or cooked rice - 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped onion - 1
  9. refined oil

Instructions

  1. These are the ingredients used.
  2. Boil the lentils with very minimal water in a pressure cooker, strain and mash them with the cooked rice using a mixer grinder.
  3. Now mix this mixture with rest of the ingredients, form them into cutlets. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat ample amount of oil in a wok, deep fry the cutlets until golden brown and then serve hot with some ketchup.
