ABOUT Sprouts dhokla RECIPE

A delicious dhokla made with sprouts, a mix of perfect health and deliciousness on one plate.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Sprouted moong ( whole green gram )
  2. 1 cup chopped spinach
  3. 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  4. 2 to 4 green chillies
  5. 1 tpsp Eno

Instructions

  1. Combine sprouted moong, spinach, green chillies and blend them in a mixer using little water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the paste in a bowl, add salt, basen along with 1/4 cup of water and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  3. Just before steaming add 1 tbsp of eno and mix gently.
  4. Steam the batter for 10-12 mins or until the dhokla is cooked. Serve with chutney
