Perfect chutney/ dip for tandoori snacks, sandwiches, etc adapted from Vegetarian Delights

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  2. 1 cup chopped mint leaves
  3. 1 cup thick curd
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water as needed
  6. 1-2 nos. green chillies
  7. 2-3 pods of garlic
  8. 1″ piece of ginger
  9. 1-2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender except lemon juice & curd.
  2. Also, use water as needed depending on the consistency you’d prefer (I use about 2-3 tbsp).
  3. Blend them together making sure that the texture is fine.
  4. Next add the curd and lemon juice and blend again for a minute.
  5. That’s it, store in a glass bowl.
