Yummy as always
Mash paneer well
Grate a piece of lauki, boil, strain and keep aside to cool
Now boil maggi and run cold water over it to cool and separate out
Make a mash of lauki and paneer mix with some salt
Mash well and make balls of this mash
Roll these paneer balls into cornflour and now roll into boiled maggi
Heat oil to deep fry and start frying the maggi paneer balls golden and keep aside
Now make the gravy with 2 glasses of water in a bowl add all seasoning with vinegar and cornflour, stir well
Keep the veggies ready
Saute all veggies in a pan with little oil, add ginger garlic paste or powder here
Heat some oli in the pan add the veggies and saute ginger garlic for five minutes
Now pour the ready gravy on the veggies and keep stirring for 5-8 minutes
Add the Maggi paneer balls to this simmering gravy. Cover cook 5 minutes
Serve hot with steamed rice
