Ingredients Serving: 4
For Maggi Manchurian balls --
1 cup 2 minute maggi (cooked one)
½ cup grated carrot
½ cup grated cabbage
½ cup grated capsicum
2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
2 tablespoon fined chopped onions
½ teaspoon black Pepper powder
2 tablespoon maida (fine flour)
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 teaspoon thick soy sauce
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Ingredient for the sauce--
2 tablespoon chopped onions
1 tablespoon fine chopped ginger
1 tablespoon fine chopped garlic
2-3 fine chopped green chilli
½ cup of water
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon tomato sauce
½ teaspoon black Pepper powder
½ tablespoon corn flour
Salt to taste
Some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
For Maggi Manchurian balls--
Mix all the ingredients properly in a bowl
Shape it into small round balls
Heat the oil up, and deep-fry till golden brown in medium flame
Take it out onto a kitchen paper tissue and keep it aside
Preparing for suace--
Heat the oil, fry onions, garlic, ginger, chilli in high flame
Add water, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, salt and boil it for 1-2 minutes
Add corn flour paste to make a thick sauce
Add fried Maggi Manchurian balls into the sauce
Stir it for a few minutes so that the suace coats the Maggi Manchurian balls properly
Turn off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Enjoy hot and spicy Maggi Manchurian with Chinese fried rice!
