Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Maggi Manchurian balls --
  2. 1 cup 2 minute maggi (cooked one)
  3. ½ cup grated carrot
  4. ½ cup grated cabbage
  5. ½ cup grated capsicum
  6. 2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
  7. 2 tablespoon fined chopped onions
  8. ½ teaspoon black Pepper powder
  9. 2 tablespoon maida (fine flour)
  10. 2 tablespoon corn flour
  11. 1 teaspoon thick soy sauce
  12. 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  13. 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil for fry
  16. Ingredient for the sauce--
  17. 2 tablespoon chopped onions
  18. 1 tablespoon fine chopped ginger
  19. 1 tablespoon fine chopped garlic
  20. 2-3 fine chopped green chilli
  21. ½ cup of water
  22. 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
  23. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  24. 2 Tablespoon tomato sauce
  25. ½ teaspoon black Pepper powder
  26. ½ tablespoon corn flour
  27. Salt to taste
  28. Some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. For Maggi Manchurian balls--
  2. Mix all the ingredients properly in a bowl
  3. Shape it into small round balls
  4. Heat the oil up, and deep-fry till golden brown in medium flame
  5. Take it out onto a kitchen paper tissue and keep it aside
  6. Preparing for suace--
  7. Heat the oil, fry onions, garlic, ginger, chilli in high flame
  8. Add water, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, salt and boil it for 1-2 minutes
  9. Add corn flour paste to make a thick sauce
  10. Add fried Maggi Manchurian balls into the sauce
  11. Stir it for a few minutes so that the suace coats the Maggi Manchurian balls properly
  12. Turn off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  13. Enjoy hot and spicy Maggi Manchurian with Chinese fried rice!
