Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack maggi
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 2 cup oil for frying
  4. For Manchurian balls -
  5. 1 cup grated cabbage
  6. 1 cup grated carrot
  7. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  8. 2 boiled potato
  9. 1/2 cup maida
  10. 3 tbsp corn flour
  11. 1 tsp Salt
  12. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  13. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. For gravy -
  15. 1 cup chopped Capsicum
  16. 1 cup chopped Onion
  17. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  18. 1 tsp Salt
  19. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  20. 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  21. 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  22. 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  23. 1 tbsp corn flour
  24. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 1.5 cup water, salt and boil the Maggi.
  2. Drain the excess water.
  3. In a wok add oil and heat it.
  4. Arrange the boiled Maggi in basket shape and fry it.
  5. Maggi baskets are ready.
  6. In a bowl add all ingredients and make small balls for manchurian.
  7. Now frying manchurian balls.
  8. In a wok add 2tbsp oil and heat it.
  9. Add chopped onion and capsicum and saute it.
  10. Add salt and pepper mix well.
  11. Add all sauces and mix well.
  12. In a bowl add 2tbsp water and corn flour and mix well.
  13. Add corn flour slurry in gravy and boil it.
  14. Add manchurian balls and cook for 2 minutes.
  15. Arrange Maggi baskets on a plate.
  16. Fill the basket with manchurian.
  17. Garnish the maggi manchurian basket with coriander leaves.
  18. Serve hot.
