Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mushroom 200 gms (cut into pieces)
  2. Paneer 250 gms
  3. Carrot 2 big diced
  4. Capsicum 1 diced
  5. Makhanas 1/2 cup
  6. Green peas 1/4 cup
  7. Onion 2 chopped
  8. Tomato 2 chopped
  9. Curd 1/2 cup
  10. Cashew nut 8
  11. Cream 2tbsp
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  13. Cumin whole 1tsp
  14. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  16. Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Ghee 4tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add cumin and chopped onions
  3. When onion is soft add mushroom and salt
  4. Saute till mushroom changes colour
  5. Grind tomatoes and add all the masalas
  6. saute till it leaves oil
  7. Add all the carrots, capsicum, peas and makhanas
  8. Stir fry for few minutes
  9. Grind cashew and curd together
  10. Add this mixture
  11. When it leaves oil add tomato sauce
  12. Add chopped paneer
  13. In the end add cream and cook for few minutes only
