ABOUT Mushroom Masala RECIPE

Mushroom cooked with flavourful capsicum and spices, served with roti or paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom button 200 gm
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Green chilies 2
  5. Cream 50 gm
  6. Haldi 1 tsp
  7. chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushroom and pat dry.
  2. Heat oil on pan and add onion garlic ginger paste and tomatoes. Fry till oil separates.
  3. Add haldi, garam masala and chilli powder. Fry.
  4. Add capsicum, salt and cream mix well and boil.
  5. Add mushroom and mix well.
  6. Simmer for 4 to 5 min.
  7. Garnish with coriander.
