Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm button mushroom
  2. 2 onions roughly chopped
  3. 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
  4. 1 onion cut in square
  5. 1 bellpaper cut in square
  6. 2-3 long
  7. 1 small piece cinnamon
  8. 10 - 12 kaju
  9. 1 tsp whole coriander
  10. 5-6 black pepper corn
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 1 tsp adruk garlic paste
  13. 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch
  14. 1/4 tsp haldi
  15. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  17. 3 TBSP MAKHAN

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add 3 tsp makhan add coriander, black pepper saute it. Saute onions tomatoes, kaju, long till tomatoes are tender. cool down Blend this onion masala
  2. In same pan saute square cut onion, bellpaper along 1 tsp makhan. keep aside Take a kadai heat rest of makhan saute jeera, adruk garlic paste, add onion paste. Add haldi, kashmiri mirch, red chilli powder stir till oil is separated
  3. Add 1/2 glass of water and saute veggies and stir continuously. add chopped mushroom and coriander leaves
  4. Enjoy hot with any type of pranatha

Can I use ghee in the place of makhan?
