Yummy paneer kofta with gravy

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 1 cup grated
  2. Potatoes boiled 2 small
  3. garlic 6 cloves chopped
  4. Ginger 1 cm small chopped
  5. Corn flour 4 tbsp
  6. Refined flour/ Maida 2 tbsp
  7. Green chilies chopped 4
  8. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped
  9. Cashew 5 chopped
  10. Red chilli 1 tbsp
  11. oil for deep fry
  12. Salt to taste
  13. For gravy
  14. Oil 6 tbsp
  15. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  16. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  17. Onion 1 large chopped
  18. Tomato 2 small chopped
  19. Cashew 20 chopped
  20. Kashmiri Red chilli 3 tbsp
  21. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  22. Coriander powder 3 tbsp
  23. Milk 1/2 cup
  24. Fresh cream/whipped cream 1/2 cup
  25. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add grated paneer, boiled potatoes,corn flour,coriander leaves,green chillie,maida,garlic,ginger and salt
  2. Mix well and make small round balls of this
  3. Heat the pan deep fry all Untill it gets brown in a low flame
  4. Now make gravy....take 2tbsp oil in a pan put garlic ginger paste cumin seeds,onion, Tomatto and green chillie cook it for 4 minutes in a low flame
  5. Now take this in a jar add 2tbsp milk grind it in a smooth paste
  6. Now heat pan put 4tbsp oil then this gravy now cook it Untill color changed
  7. Now add red chillie, coriander powder and 1/2 cup milk....if u don't have whipped cream then take normal cream 1/2cup add 6tbsp sugar mix it well and add it into gravy
  8. Now cook it for 7 minutes in a low flame add salt
  9. Now add all the balls in gravy cover the lid cook for 5 minutes in a low flame add garam masala
  10. Now it's ready to eat.
