ABOUT Palak, Paneer, Methi Parantha RECIPE

This roti is a nutritious combo of green leafy vegetables and paneer which will provide you calcium and protein in one dish.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Oil 1 teaspoon
  3. Methi & Palak Leaves 1/2 cup
  4. Fresh Curd 2 tablespoon
  5. Red Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Haldi 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Asafoetida pinch
  8. Paneer (cottage cheese) 1/4 cup
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a dough. Add water as per your requirement to make a soft dough.
  2. Cover for 10 minutes and keep aside.
  3. Pinch a medium sized ball from the dough, dust it with some dry flour.
  4. Make small round Roti, spread some ghee and fold it into a square.
  5. Dust some flour again and roll it into a square parantha.
  6. Cook this Prantha on hot tawa till both the sides are lightly browned.
  7. Serve hot Prantha with butter, pickle, Curd or curry of your choice.
