Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Palak - 1 medium bunch
  2. Paneer - 100 gm
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Onion - 3 diced
  5. Tomato - 1 diced
  6. Garlic - 3 large clove
  7. Ginger - 1 tsp
  8. Green chili - 2 paste
  9. Curd/cream - 2 tbsp
  10. Garam masala - 1/4 th tsp
  11. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  12. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  13. Kasoori methi - a pinch
  14. Sugar, salt

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook palak for 10 min with little salt and some water
  2. Cool boiled palak & blend it
  3. Chop paneer & shallow fry them
  4. Heat oil, add cumin seeds and broken chili, fry for 30 sec
  5. Add onion, fry till light brown
  6. Add ginger, garlic paste, fry for 3 min
  7. Add tomato, turmeric powder, cook till tomato is mushy
  8. Add paneer, all powders, cook for 2-3 min
  9. Add palak paste, sugar, curd/cream, kasoori methi, cook for 10-15 min
