Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak 1 bunch
  2. Paneer 200 gm
  3. 2 tbsp garlic minced
  4. 3 green chillies chopped
  5. 1.5 onion paste
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tsp haldi

Instructions

  1. blanch the palak and puree it adding green chillies
  2. Cut paneer in cubes. Shallow fry
  3. In a pan heat oil. Add the minced garlic saute till golden add the onion paste. Cook well.
  4. Now add the pureed palak salt and chilli powder. Mix well. Cook till raw smell goes off.
  5. Add paneer. Mix well
  6. U can add little water. Mix and cook till desired consistency
