Itsxa Northen delicacy, can beaten at any time, but ppl prefer to eat in breakfast, because it is very heavy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2tsp ajwain
  3. 1/2tsp kalonji
  4. 1bunch chopped methi leaves
  5. 100 gram paneer
  6. 3 green chillies crushed
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tbs amchoor powder
  9. 1tbs roasted n crushed cummin seeds
  10. 5-6 tbs Oil
  11. 1 cup curd
  12. Butter/ ghee
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take 2 cup wheat flour add salt, haldi, ajwain, kalonji 1tbs oil n curd make a dough. If required add little water n prepare dough give it 15 mins rest.
  2. Take finally chopped methi leaves, add grated paneer, green chillies crushed, crushed cummin powder, amchoor powder n salt. Our filling is ready.
  3. Take dough like a laddu size roll it then fill the prepared filling cover properly, the filling should not come out. Again roll slightly. Don't roll hard. On heated tawa put paratha let it cook once cook from one side turn n cook on other side . Apply oil or butter for roasting the paratha. I would like to use ghee for roasting. Once done serve with curd n pickle.
