Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. medium bunch of methi leaves.
  2. 150 grams paneer
  3. 2 medium onions
  4. 5 pods of garlic( paste)
  5. 2 green chillies( paste)
  6. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon dhania powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar (optional)
  11. 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  12. 2 tablespoon oil
  13. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop onions, wash n chop methi leaves.
  2. Take a kadai, add oil, put jeera, onions, saute for 1 minute, now add garlic, green chilly paste, cover with lid and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add methi leaves, mix again, cover with lid and simmer for 5 to7 minutes. Add dry masalas and mix well, saute for 3 minutes, add crumbled paneer, salt, sugar and mix well. Keep it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with rotis.
