Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Methi leaves - 1 big bunch (washed and cut small )
  2. Paneer - 400 gms ( cut into small cubes ) adjust according to fmly
  3. Onion - 2 big( chopped fine )
  4. Tomato - 2 cut similarly
  5. Ginger Garlic paste or chopped fine - 1 tspn
  6. Turmeric pwdr - half tspn
  7. Red chilly powder - half tspn
  8. Green chilly - 2 finely chopped
  9. Jeera - 1tspn
  10. Garam masala or kitchen king masala- 1tspn ( adjust to taste )
  11. Oil - 2 tbspn
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai put oil... when hot add jeera....after it splutters put chopped onions....
  2. Then add green chillies & ginger garlic paste and saute well till raw smell goes away...
  3. Then add the dry masalas... mix well...then put salt & add the chopped tomatoes and cook till soft
  4. Now add the washed & chopped methi leaves.... & cook till done...Keep stirring it in between.
  5. When done add the paneer cubes & mix carefully. Cook for another two or three minutes...
  6. Check salt and other masalas.... Add if required.
  7. When done turn off the gas and serve hot with phulkas or parathas... Enjoy this simple and healthy dish... :blush:
