First cut and wash both veggies. Boil methi in hot water for 5 mins and keep aside. Now take a pan add some oil, jeera , ginger garlic, chilli paste and saute for a few seconds, add onion, saute again and add veggies- both boiled methi and raw palak. Now add tomatoes and masalas.
Cook for 5 min on high flame and then lower the flame and cook for another 20-25 min. Add rice flour and cook for 2 min more. Your dish is ready.
