Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 grams wheat flour
  2. 1 bowl finely chopped palak
  3. 1 bowl finely chopped methi
  4. 5-6 garlic cloves paste
  5. 3-4 green chillies paste
  6. 1 tsp ginger paste
  7. 2 tbsp dahi/ curd
  8. 2 tsp ajwain seeds
  9. 2 tsp til/ sesame seeds
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp dhaniya-jeera powder
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. To make the dough, mix all the ingredients in the wheat flour and make a roti type dough.
  2. Take the dough and make small sized dough balls from it.
  3. Next, shape these dough balls into roti shapes and keep aside.
  4. Shallow fry these theplas in a pan.
  5. Serve them hot with masala dahi.
