Make a soft dough with required water. Keep aside 5 to 10 minutes.

Take a medium size ball and sprinkle some flour in it.
Roll the thepla.
On a hot tawa place the thepla. Spread oil flip thepla again spread oil on it.
You get golden spots and methi thepla is cooked evenly.
Serve with cucumber ramta and fried green chilly.
