Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For filling. Grated paneer 200gms
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Coriander chopped 4 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Ajwain 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli chopped 1
  9. For dough
  10. Palak 10-15 leaves
  11. Wheat flour 1 cup
  12. Pinch of salt
  13. Water as required
  14. Ghee or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil 3 cups of water, add palak and let it cook for 10 min
  2. Drain and let the leaves cool down
  3. Make a puree and keep aside
  4. Take a bowl, add flour, puree, and salt
  5. Make a soft dough and let it rest for 15 min
  6. For filling In another bowl, add grated paneer, onions, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chilli, ajwain. And mix well
  7. Make a ball from dough
  8. Make a pratha with 2 tbsp of filling
  9. Roll and cook from both sides with oil or ghee
  10. Serve hot with curd or butter
